HofVan doesn’t believe in just selling properties. We build relationships, problem-solve, and make dreams come true. Too much for our team to promise? No. It’s what we do, every day. First of all, here’s what we don’t do: sign with you; show you a few properties, tell you to pick; subtly pressure you into a wrong-fit sale; and leave the mortgage and legal details to you. With all this in mind, we’ve actively dissuaded clients from accepting an offer or buying a property if the fit wasn’t right. We don’t show properties objectively: you’re paying for our expertise — of course we’re subjective, and of course we’re on your side.
We’ve got real estate DNA in our veins. Our founding partner, Heather, grew up in a Vancouver real estate family, helping her parents buy, sell and manage rental properties. She’s been in the Vancouver real estate marketplace for 15 years, and has lived in Burnaby for 35 years. Her partner (and son) Brandon grew up surrounded by the world of real estate, and they know the right and proper way to do it. Born and raised in Vancouver into a family of real estate investors, she obtained a business degree from SFU in Marketing, achieved a career in sales, project management and the legal field, before turning her strengths and experience into becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2005. She provides a wide spectrum of real estate services: working with seniors, downsizing, estate sales, first-time home buyers, upsizing, and investment properties. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

With his diverse education at the University of British Columbia, University of Victoria and BCIT, Brandon brings innovative ideas to real estate. Brandon’s past experience working as a client coordinator has given him the skills to ensure his clients have confidence when purchasing or selling their home.
